First, you place the USB cord into the Dingoo and the adoitidnal end into the computer. Go to Google. Search Super Mario Bros. rom (it can really be any game, but SMB is an example. You can download the file straight onto your Dingoo, except it's in a zip file. Then you'd unzip it and drag the file from the inside into your Dingoo's NES folder (or whatever folder)and then you'd unplug it from your computer then HAPPY!
